In the event the Seller accepts your offer, the Service Fee shall be deducted from your payment card. There will be no other additional administrative fees on top of the Service Fee.
Can I contact the Seller during the Advertisement period?
If you have any question(s) on the item, you may post it in the designated comment section of the Advertisement. The Seller can then reply to your question(s). This is to avoid duplicated questions posted by other prospective Buyers.
Can I inspect the item in person during the Advertisement period?
You may, at your own cost and expense, request to arrange a viewing to examine the item advertised in person. All Sellers are required to make available the item advertised for viewing at convenient times to be mutually agreed by both parties.

JTCars shall not be liable and responsible for any accidents, losses, damage, injuries or death that may occur arising for any inspection or viewing of the item and/or due to the direct or indirect use of JTCars platform, its services and terms.
Can I withdraw my ‘Best Offer’?
Once an offer has been placed, you cannot withdraw it. If your offer is accepted by the Seller, and thereafter you shall fail to complete the purchase of the item for whatsoever reasons other than the Seller's default, you are still obliged to pay the Service Fee to us.
What happens at the end of the Advertisement period if my ‘Best Offer’ is accepted by the Seller?
When an item is successfully sold on JTCars platform, the Service Fee is deducted from your credit or debit card. This Service Fee is charged for using JTCars platform and shall not be treated as part payment for the item sold. Thereafter, you will be digitally 'introduced' to the Seller to complete the sale transaction accordingly.
If you do not wish to proceed with the purchase, you will still be charged with the Service Fee.
Note: The Service Fee is non-refundable.
What happens if the item has some defects not mentioned in the Advertisement?
JTCars is merely a platform operator in publishing the Advertisement.
The Seller shall be solely liable and/or responsible for confirming the truth, accuracy and/or completeness of any provided information and details in respect of any item advertised on JTCars platform.
Therefore, as a Buyer, it is your sole responsibility and risk to satisfy yourself with the details, inspection, state and condition of the item before placing an offer.
Please visit the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs website for more information on Malaysian consumer rights.
What happens if the Seller cannot or is unable to complete the sale of an item?
If the Seller cannot or is unable to complete the sale of an item due to ownership defects on their part, contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter and if it’s found to be a genuine defect on Seller’s part, we will refund to you the Service Fee charged.
What happens when I received the item not in the same condition as when I first inspected?

Therefore, we strongly advise you to perform inspection on the item in order to determine the present condition and to discuss with the Seller their terms of sale down to the point of handing over.
In this scenario you will still be charged the Service Fee.
Our moderator’s monitor each transaction and when we identify a Seller that has repeatedly complete the sale with similar disputes, we will put up a notice and ban them from using the JTCars platform.
